Ms. Ashwiyni is a Senior Specialist with the Occupational Hygiene Branch of Occupational Safety and Health Division, Ministry of Manpower. She holds a degree in Chemical Engineering and a Master of Science (Safety, Health and Environmental Technology) from the National University of Singapore.

She provides specialist support in the areas of OSH standards, best practices, research and development. Her role as a Specialist involves assessment and control of health hazards at workplaces to safeguard persons at work. She also engages stakeholders on implementation of engineering control measures to reduce exposure and the implementation of workplace health programmes to manage health hazards at the workplaces.

Louise Yew is the Asia Pacific Product Marketing Manager for Hearing and Eye, Head & Face Protection for Honeywell Personal Protective Equipment. Louise has 15 years of progressive working experience in product marketing, channel development and business development, across diverse international business environments. Prior to joining Honeywell, she worked in Robert Bosch South East Asia for 10 years. In her free time, Louise enjoys growing herbs and refining her culinary skills.

With over 7 years of experience leading the technical support division and supporting new product development in Honeywell, Digvijay Gadhave regularly conducts trainings across Asia Pacific, keeping stakeholders abreast of the latest safety technologies and best practices. He proactively conducts walk-through surveys of plants, assisting customers in meeting safety standards and regulatory compliance at their workplaces.

Zoey is a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) and holds a public health master’s degree in industrial hygiene from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Zoey joins Chubb Global Risk Advisors (CGRA) in January 2023 and is responsible for the daily operations and overall business excellence of Chubb Global Risk Advisors Pte Ltd. Zoey has more than 15 years of experience in HSE with 10 years working as Area HSE Manager for Honeywell Inc., managing the various business units and manufacturing sites of Honeywell in Singapore, Indonesia and the Philippines. She also led the Industrial Hygiene (IH) Subject Matter Expert (SME) team in Honeywell for 2 years, with focus on improving internal procedures and projects to minimize enterprise’s IH risks.
